Recipes:

Fresh Lemonade

• 40 ml Mirabel Lemon/thyme
• 150 ml sparkling or still water

‘Virgin lemon thyme’ mocktail

• 40 ml Mirabel Lemon/thyme
• 50 ml Mediterranean Tonic
• 100 ml fresh soda water
• Finish with a sprig of thyme, smouldering for a few moments for added flavour

Cocktail

• 40 ml Mirabel Lemon/thyme
• 50 ml jenever or brown rum
• 100 ml Ginger Beer Tonic
• If needed, dilute with some sparkling water

‘Limotila’ mocktail

• 50 ml Mirabel Lemon/thyme
• 200 ml tonic
• Finish with blueberries and lavender flowers

Mocktail

• 40 ml Mirabel Lemon/thyme
• 40 ml Opius Albedo
• 60 ml Indian tonic
